Multimedia guide to working with the software module for remote work of Interaktiva DB.
The software module that enables remote work is adapted for the software ERP system used by Interaktiva DB.
This guide covers all aspects of working with the software module for remote work, including:
- logging in of the employee who works remotely (the account is assigned to him by the administrators of Interaktiva DB), whereby the employee has access only to the documents and companies assigned to him
- Processing/entry of incoming invoices (defined in the system as input documents)
- Processing/entry of issued invoices (defined in the system as output documents)
- Export of data (adapted for the ERP system of Interaktiva DB). For this operation, the employee must have specially assigned privileges
